<li>In accordance with the circular letter, &ldquo;Mandatory PCR Test&rdquo; of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of TR, dated 14.01.2022, in line with the medical advices of the Coronavirus Science Committee on the recent progression of the coronavirus pandemic and its effects on the public health, it has been decided that PCR test scans are no longer necessary before attending events such as concerts, cinema screenings, and theatre performances.</li>
</ul>

<li>The audience can attend the events by showing their information on Life Fits into Home (HES) application. All control will be made through HES application. In order for the HES application to display the necessary information the audience must download the newest version of the application and allow the Risk Status, Vaccination Status, Disease Status, and Test Status options through the HES Code Settings on the menu. It is not mandatory to have a PCR test for those below 18.</li>
<li>It is compulsory to use masks that covers your mouth and nose. The ones who take off their mask will be warned, if the warnings are not heeded they will be taken outside.</li>
<li>Upon entrance, there will be a contactless temperature check, those who have more than 37.5 degrees will not be taken into the premises, and will be warned to refer to a health centre.</li>

For Your Health

<li>İstanbul AKM&rsquo;s exhibition areas are closed on Mondays. They can be visited on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between the hours 10am and 8pm.</li>
<li>AKM Design Shop and restaurants are open during the visiting hours of the exhibitions.</li>
<li>To ensure safe social distancing, the number of visitors allowed inside the exhibition areas have been limited at any one time to 100 visitors.</li>
<li>Visitors are not allowed inside the exhibition areas with an umbrella, a large-size bag, a backpack, or a baggage.</li>
<li>Visitors are kindly asked not to bring any food or beverages. You might make use of our food and beverage services, which are situated inside AKM.</li>

FLOW is an exhibition which deals with AKM&rsquo;s place in the Turkish cultural memory in present day and in our collective future, turns this into an artistic experience that is inclusive of three separate areas. It brings together light, sound and space which enables everyone visiting the street to combine their personal experience with experiences of AKM that has reached the present day and forms a bridge between the past and the future.

<li>Purchased tickets cannot be changed or refunded, except in case of cancellation of the event or change of date.</li>
<li>Due to the COVID-19&nbsp;pandemic, all events in AKM will be subject to specific rules. Everyone who buys a ticket will be assumed to have agreed to these rules and enforcements.</li>
<li>The student ticket is only valid with an available student ID. On the day of the event, the student's identity must be presented to the staff.</li>
<li>AKM Management reserves the right not to admit those who are considered unsuitable for the event by giving them refunds.</li>
</ul>

Ticket Information

<ul>
<li>In accordance with the Ministry of Internal Affairs notice on &ldquo;PCR Requirement&rdquo; dated 20.08.2021, the obligation to show a PCR test with a negative result in mass events such as concerts, movies, and stage plays will be imposed on participants who have not completed the vaccination process or have not had the disease.</li>
<li>Visitors who have completed&nbsp;their vaccinations or have had the disease can join the events by using the Hayat Eve Sığar&nbsp;(HES) application to show their details. At the event entrances, all controls will be done using the HES&nbsp;application. Visitors must download the latest versions of the HES mobile app and make the Risk Status, Vaccine Status, Disease Status, and Test Status fields in the "HES&nbsp;Code Settings" section accessible for the HES&nbsp;code to show required information. There is no PCR test requirement for visitors&nbsp;under the age of 18.</li>
<li>It is mandatory to wear a mask and cover the mouth and nose. Those who will be seen without mask will be warned, and those who do not heed warnings will be taken out of the area.</li>
<li>Non-contact temperature measurement will be applied to visitors at the entrance, and in cases where measurements turn out higher than 37.5 degrees, the visitors will not be taken to the venues and will be warned to contact a doctor.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>During the concert, recording with cameras, mobile phones, and other recording equipment is forbidden. Recording devices will not be allowed in the venues.</li>
<li>The events are suitable for participants aged 7 and over.</li>
<li>Once the event begins, no visitors will be allowed in the venue.</li>
</ul>

During The Event

<ul>
<li>It is required for visitors to arrive and be ready at the entrance 1 hour prior to the event.</li>
<li>The concert halls may change for reasons beyond control. AKM management is sure to change the seating layout, ensuring they assign the spectators a new seat in the changed venue that is closest to the prior ticket number. Purchased tickets will not be refunded due to the change of venue.</li>
<li>Guests are required to comply with the stated seating layout; they are obliged not to change their seats during the event.</li>
<li>It&rsquo;s forbidden to enter the venues with food and beverages, consume tobacco or tobacco products or use e-cigarettes outside smoke-free areas. </li>
</ul>

Drinking and Eating

Concert programmes might change for reasons beyond control. Purchased tickets will not be refunded due to the changes in the programme.&nbsp;
