Atatürk Cultural Center, which has left deep and significant marks on not only İstanbul’s but also Türkiye’s recollection of arts and culture, opened its gates to the lovers of art on October 29, 2021, in its renewed building which reminisces the visitors of its former architecture.

Beyoglu Culture Route
One of the few projects in its own field, Beyoglu Culture Route aims to convey İstanbul’s civilisational identity through architecture, arts and culture. On the route that extends from Galataport İstanbul to Taksim Square are located a few venues that will enrich arts and culture in İstanbul. These include the Galata Tower, Galata Mevlevihanesi Museum, Tarık Zafer Tunaya Culture Centre, Garibaldi Scene, Mehmet Âkif Ersoy Memorial House, İstanbul Cinema Museum (Atlas Cinema), Grandpera, Beyoglu Refia Övüç Maturation Institute, and Taksim Mosque Culture and Arts Centre. Beyoglu Culture Route strives for exellence in its aims to protect cultural heritages in their former, original forms and bring Beyoglu back to its former, glorious texture.
